水皮/水麵糰： 175克 中筋麵粉 15克 植物黃油 （Margerin/daisy） 1/4茶匙 鹽 1茶匙 糖 30毫升 玉米油 60毫升 冷水（慢慢加，加到揉搓軟硬適中的麵糰)

油皮/油麵團： 50克 中筋麵粉 20毫升 玉米油
